Yellowknife real estate market update for the week of March 3rd 2023:

This week in Yellowknife real estate marked the start of the selling season in my opinion. We saw more activity, more listings and inquiries coming in then we have in past weeks as we get into 2023. 

Listing activity: This week we had 9 new Yellowknife properties listed, 2 price reductions on currently listed Yellowknife listings, 4 conditional sales and 5 solid sales. 

The average listing price this past week was $451,600 and the average sale price for Yellowknife listings this week was $628,900.

Between Jan 1 2022 and Dec 31 2022 we saw a total of 328 listings and the average sale price for the entire year was $466,342.
