Hello all! Here is this week's real estate market update for the week of May 26, 2023.

New listings: This week, Yellowknife saw 12 new listings hit the market with an average listed price of $574,416.

This past week, we saw 4 deals collapse, leaving those 4 properties to come back on the market. We saw 4 price reductions take place this past week on currently listed properties.

This past week, we saw 7 conditional sales and 9 firm sales. The average listed price of sold homes this week was $471,000, and the average sold price of those listings was $463,666.67, so properties remain on average selling at approximately 98% of the listed price.
