Yellowknife Real Estate Market Update June 9 2023

Hello all! This will be abit of a unique market update spanning the last two weeks of Yellowknife Real Estate activity. Why? Because I just had my first child born this past Thursday June 1, so I missed last weeks! Understandable? I hope so. I do try my best to keep up with the activity of the market but sometimes life happens and Im sure you all know about that. 

That being said lets get into it! This past 14 days in Yellowknife real estate we saw 24 new listings hit the market with an average listed price of $537,683. Of those 26 new listings 5 already have accepted offers on them!

We saw 5 properties come back on the market an 7 price changes over the last couple weeks. 

We also saw 18 conditonal sales and 15 firm sales take place over the last 14 days here in Yellowknife! In regards to sold proeperties over the last 14 days the average listed price of these homes was $558,186 and the average sold price of those same listings is $549,933 making the sold properties over the past two weeks average sale price 98% of the listed price! Deals may be out there but not in high frequencies!
