Yellowknife Real Estate Market Update for the Week of June 23 2023

Hello all and thank you for checking out this weeks market update. Yellowknife truly is a special place in the summer, the real estate market is no exception. Especially busy and so much happening!

This past week in Yellowknife real estate we saw 9 new listings, 1 of which has an accepted offer already. Average listed price of these new listings is $627,055. This number is elevated more than normal as we saw 29 Otto drive hit the market bringing up the average. 

This week we saw 3 price reductions and 3 properties come back into the market. 

We also saw 4 conditional sales and 12 new firm sales take place.Of those firm, or unconditional sales, the average listed price of these homes was $443,500 and the average sale price $430,600. This makes this past weeks average sales price 97% of the listed price. A wider margin than we had been seeing for most of the spring/summer so far! Maybe a deal is to be had out there.
