Hello All and thank you for checking out this weeks real estate market update! The market this summer has been absolutely on fire. Homes that are priced well are selling very fast and typically in multiple offers. And thats in any price range, not just the lower valued homes. If your home is priced on the dot in any price range its going to sell in Yellowknife!

This past week in Yellowknife real estate we saw 8 new listings hit the market with 3 of those already receiving accepted offers in the first week on the market. This week we saw a lower than usual average list price for new listings, $359,937.

This week in Yellowknife real estate we saw 5 price reductions and 5 conditional sales. 

We also saw 12 new sales go unconditonal! The average listed price of these now sold homes was $526,433 and the average sold price for those same homes is $518,450! This means on average homes are selling for over 98% of their listed price! We continue to see very little room for neogotiation or 'deal making' in this very tight market.
