Yellowknife Real Estate Market Update April 17 2023

This past week in Yellowknife Real Estate we saw 16 new listings of which 4 already have accepted offers on them! This spells out a healthy but very active market when you have a decent number of new listings and approximately 1 quarter of them are conditionally sold within the first week, the market is moving!

This past week we had 4 price changes on Yellowknife home already listed on the market. 

This past week we saw 8 conditional sales and 3 final sales with an average sold price of $579,600. 

In other news notably the Bank Of Canada has held its rate at 4.5% with hopefully no sign of further raises in the near term. I hope this means rates will be held or reduced over the coming months assisting more buyers to get into the market! Call for more info 867-446-2458.
